Sales Order Report

  1. Name - enter a report name
    Default: Sales Order

  2. Output - select output format (Html, Pdf (default))

  3. Template - select a report template

  4. Reset - click to reset to default options

  5. Identifier - filter by identifier

  6. Date - filter by order date range

  7. Customer - filter by customer

  8. Expected Date - filter by expected date range

  9. Save as Template - click to save the selected filters and columns as a template

    1. Name - enter a template name

    2. Public - check to make the template available to other users

    3. Security Roles - select the security roles that can access a Public template

    4. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving the template

    5. Save - click to save the template

  10. Reset - click to reset to defaults

  11. Request Report - click to request report
    Note: Report will appear in the bell icon when complete

  1. Notice the District Logo.

  2. Notice the Order Identifier, Date, and Status.

  3. Notice the Bill To and Ship To name and address.

  4. Items - notice the identifier, description, quantity, rate, and total amount of each item. Notice the grand total, amount paid, and balance. Notice any notes.

  5. Notice the district name and address
